Official Sweepstakes Rules

This sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Diplomatic Rides, 3501 North Ocean Drive, 1st floor, Hollywood, FL 33019, USA ("Sponsor"). The Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram), Google, or Honda Motor Co., Ltd.

Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (nineteen (19) where required by state law) at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sweepstakes begins when entries open on this website and ends when all 2,010 entry numbers have been assigned, or on the announced end date, whichever occurs first (the "Sweepstakes Period"). All entries must be received before the end of the Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor's computer is the official time-keeping device.

Standard entry: complete the entry form on this website and pay the $20.00 USD administrative contribution per entry number. Each entry number assigned is one (1) entry into the drawing. The total entry pool is limited to 2,010 numbers; once all numbers are assigned, entries close.

Free alternate method of entry (AMOE): to enter without any payment, mail a hand-written 3" x 5" card with your full name, complete mailing address, telephone number, email address, and date of birth to: Diplomatic Rides — Sweepstakes AMOE, 3501 North Ocean Drive, 1st floor, Hollywood, FL 33019, USA. Each mailed card must be sent in a separate envelope with sufficient postage and must be postmarked before the end of the Sweepstakes Period and received within seven (7) days of that date. Mail-in entries receive one (1) entry number each and have the same chance of winning as paid entries. Limit: one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Mechanically reproduced, illegible, or incomplete entries are void.

• Grand prize (1): one (1) used 2019 Honda Passport, Chocolate exterior, clean title, approximately 140,000 miles, awarded "as is," plus $1,000.00 USD intended to assist with vehicle registration and transfer costs. Approximate retail value: $18,000.00 USD.
• Second prize (1): $5,000.00 USD.
• Third prize (1): $1,500.00 USD.

Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Limit one (1) prize per person or household.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. With a maximum pool of 2,010 entry numbers, the maximum odds for a single entry are 1 in 2,010 per prize.

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period, conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative, whose decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified using the email address and telephone number provided at entry within seven (7) days of the drawing and announced on this website. If a winner cannot be contacted within five (5) days of the first notification attempt, is ineligible, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prizes will be delivered approximately two (2) weeks after the close of the Sweepstakes and completion of winner verification. Vehicle pick-up or delivery arrangements will be coordinated with the winner. Any transportation, insurance, taxes, title, and registration costs beyond the $1,000.00 USD included with the grand prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.

All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Winners may be required to complete and return an IRS Form W-9 and an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release before a prize is awarded. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 where required by law.

Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes consent to the use of the winner's name, city, state, and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.

By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, injury, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or technically corrupted entries, nor for technical failures of any kind.

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.

Entry contributions are generally non-refundable once an entry number has been assigned. If Sponsor cancels the Sweepstakes before the drawing for any reason, participants who paid a contribution will be refunded in full.

For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address above with the subject "Winners List," or email info@diplomaticrides.com, within ninety (90) days after the drawing.
