These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website operated by Diplomatic Rides ("we", "us"). By using the site or submitting an entry, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least eighteen (18) years old and a legal resident of the United States to submit an entry. You are responsible for ensuring that participation is lawful where you live.
2. Sweepstakes Entries
Entries are governed by our Official Sweepstakes Rules, which are incorporated into these Terms. No purchase is necessary to enter or win; a free mail-in entry method is described in the Official Rules.
3. Accurate Information
You must provide accurate and complete name, email, and telephone information. Entries with false, duplicated, or unverifiable information may be voided without refund. We may limit the number of entries per person or household.
4. Payments
Entry contributions are $20.00 USD per entry number and are processed through our payment provider. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. All amounts are in U.S. dollars.
5. Refunds
Contributions are non-refundable once an entry number has been assigned, except where required by law or if we cancel the sweepstakes before the drawing, in which case contributions are refunded in full. If you believe a transaction was made in error, contact us within seven (7) days at info@diplomaticrides.com.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use bots, scripts, or automated means to submit entries, to interfere with the site's operation, to attempt unauthorized access, or to misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or void entries that violate these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Diplomatic Rides or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Vehicle brand names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Vehicle prizes are awarded in their existing condition, without warranty of any kind.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Diplomatic Rides shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in the sweepstakes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your entries.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
